I sent these flowers to my girlfriend for her birthday, and was actually able to see them the next day myself. They were just as beautiful as in this pictures online. They were hand delivered on time on her actual birthday, with free delivery! So glad I went local and would definitely use Bloomin' Dragonfly again.

In the past 6 months I have called from Michigan to have flowers delivered to our daughter. Krista has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and the flowers are top rate lasting an incredibly long time. She puts together beautiful arrangements that our daughter is thrilled to get at a very fair price. No chain cookie cutter arrangements, they are made up with creativity and flair for the recipient. My wife just stopped by the shop for the first time as she is visiting our daughter and was very pleased and impressed. My mother loved the flowers and there were no hidden charges. I did find that the flowers were delivered later than I requested -- of course, I ordered online and there was no promise that my requested delivery time could be accommodated, so I am not particularly concerned.

I would have love to give five stars on this review. My experience was terrific. The staff, flowers, price, and ease of the whole ordering process was top notch and I will be back in the future. I especially enjoy the custom bouquet options, I think besides the superior service this option in particular places The Bloomin' Dragonfly at the top of the list of Burlington florists. The only con with the entire experience was a computer malfunction while ordering online. Most likely a one time incident however. And not that big of a deal seeing that when you call whomever is there to answer does so professionally, kindly, and enthusiastically. Thanks again.
