We are pleased to announce our shop The Bloomin' Dragonfly will re-open (for deliveries only at first) in the town of Saint Augustine, Florida, starting 2023. We can't wait to deliver fresh flowers and exceptional service in and around our new hometown. We will be delivering within Duval and Saint Johns counties primarily. More updates will come later on, in the meantime, here's a few tips on how to care for your flowers:
- Keep them away from sunlight. Some people make the mistake of thinking that because plants need sun, so do cut flowers, and place their flowers by a window. This will only kill your flowers faster. Keep them in a cool place, but also not too freezing! Keep them away from sunlight, and they will stay happy longer.
- Every couple of days, give them a fresh cut. If possible, use a knife and not a scissors, as those crush the stem. Change the water, and add food.
- Do not add daffodils without first draining the poison, or they will kill any flower in the vase with them.
